No. Every order gets a person’s sign-off before it’s final. Each extraction also gets a confidence score, and anything uncertain, such as an item with no match, a price that doesn’t line up or a possible duplicate, is flagged for review instead of guessed.

APEX learns repeat customers and matches them instantly, translates your customers’ SKUs and branch codes to your own item codes, and applies saved customer mappings, item substitution rules and price levels. Matching improves over time, so fewer orders need a manual touch each week.
