What it costs per order
At the full 2,000 transactions a month, A$450 including GST works out to about 23 cents per sales order. Keying a purchase order into NetSuite by hand typically takes 5–10 minutes of someone’s time. Reviewing and confirming an order that APEX has already filled in takes under a minute.
Saving even 4 minutes on each of 2,000 orders hands back more than 130 hours a month. Put your own numbers into the ROI calculator to see what that’s worth to your team.
PRICING FAQ
Questions about pricing.
How much does APEX Document Processor cost?
APEX starts at A$450 per month including GST, which covers up to 2,000 transactions per month. Prices are in Australian dollars.
What counts as a transaction?
A transaction is a sales order successfully exported to NetSuite. Purchase orders that never become a NetSuite sales order aren’t counted.
What if we process more than 2,000 transactions a month?
We price higher volumes to suit your order flow. Book a demo and tell us roughly how many purchase orders you receive each month, and we’ll put a price together for you.
What’s included in the price?
Everything: AI extraction of PDF, CSV and XLSX purchase orders, multiple order mailboxes, NetSuite customer and item matching, side-by-side review, one-click sales order creation through the native NetSuite API, duplicate prevention, the live operations dashboard, the audit trail, and your own dedicated instance hosted in Microsoft Azure.
How does onboarding work?
Setup is quick. Our team runs a consulted onboarding with you: we connect your order mailboxes and your NetSuite account, and set APEX up around your customers, items and the way your team works.
Do our customers need to change how they send orders?
No. Your customers keep emailing purchase orders exactly as they do now. That’s what makes APEX a practical alternative to EDI for customers who will never set up an EDI connection.
